Take me out to the ballgame! Charleston RiverDogs play the Augusta GreenJackets all weekend at Joseph P Riley, Jr. park. Tickets start at $8. Fireworks show after the game! 

Gear up for the Sweet Tea Festival with the Sweet Tea Trail Tour in Summerville! Tours are available each day this weekend beginning at Hutchinson Square. This tour leads guests around the historic homes of Summerville! Tour begins at 10 am and goes till noon. 

Dance your heart out at a 80s vs 90s music video dance party at Charleston Music Hall! DJ Ede takes you on a musical journey through 80s and 90s music videos on a full sized movie screen. Favorites from Prince, Madonna, Briney, and NSYNC are sure to take you back to your teenage years! 80s and 90s dress encouraged! A costume contest and winning decade vote will be held at midnight! The party starts Friday at 9pm! Tickets are just $5!

Learn a new sport! Have you always wanted to learn to kayak? Learn the basics of kayaking at James Island County Park on Saturday August 7th from 2 to 5 pm. Ages 16 and up are invited to learn the fundamentals and kayak through Lowcountry marshes! Register online here

“Start spreadin’ the news”... Joe Clarke Big Band will be at Forte Jazz Lounge every first Saturday of the month through the end of the year!  The band will showcase their Frank Sinatra series at 7pm and 9:30! Catch their first show this Saturday!
